Yes, I do ship overseas. Not a problem :) Please email me at horizonsky@yahoo.com to enquire about exact P&H.

Items lost in the process of mailing:
Registered mail will be delivered right up to your door step and you have to sign an acknowledgement form as a receipt of successful delivery. if no one is at home to sign for it, you can request for a redelivery or collect it directly from your neighbourhood post office. Registered package is insured up to a value of SGD 68 should it be damaged in the process of delivery.

My responsibility ends after item has been posted and will not be responsible for item lost in mail if non-registered mail is opted for, as non-registered mail can neither be traced nor tracked. Please rest assured however, that registered article tracking number would be provided upon mailing and I will help you track it in every way possible in the event that the parcel does go missing. Don't worry, I won't leave you stranded.

Items damaged in the process of mailing:
Bubble wrap, foam, or hard cardboard packaging (which ever gives better protection for that item) will be used as protective packaging at no extra cost. I pride myself as a very responsible seller and ensure that my items are well taken care of, well packaged and leave my hands in good condition. I believe that my regular buyers won’t argue otherwise and would fully agree with me :)

However, I cannot (and will not) take responsibility of items damaged in mail as I have no control over the delivery process (this lies in the hands of Singpost). Therefore, I strongly recommend buyers to opt for registered mail, as it is insured up to a value of SGD 68 should the item unfortunately be damaged in mail.

Thank you for your understanding.
