Terms and Conditions of Purchase

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

To place your order, please email me a
Purchase Order in the format as stated here.

By sending me a Purchase Order, it is taken that you have read, understood and agreed to my below mentioned Terms and Conditions of Purchase. Hence, dispute should not arise over the below mentioned issues.



Refund Policies
1. Refunds or exchanges will not be entertained. Please kindly clarify all doubt before sending a Purchase Order.


Reservation and Transaction Timeline
2. An invoice will be issued to your email within 24 hours upon receipt of your Purchase Order. An SMS will be sent to your mobile number to inform you of the invoice in your email mailbox.

Payment is expected within 3 days (72 hours) upon sending of invoice. Item will only be reserved for 3 days (72 hours), after which, option-to-purchase would be given to the next buyer in the queue.


3. Should there be more than one person interested in any one item, priority will be given to the first Purchase Order received. 2nd and 3rd buyers in line will be informed and put on the reserve list. Should the 1st buyer fail to make payment within the stipulated 3-day (72 hours) deadline, item will be released to the next buyer in queue.

4. Buyer is to accommodate seller’s schedules and venues if meet up is opted for. Please refer to Collection Venues and Meet Up Venues for more information. Payment is to be made in cash upon collection.

Should you wish to meet up, but is unable to meet up within 3 days (72 hours), please kindly make payment via ATM fund transfer or iBanking to the above mentioned POSB account first so as to secure the item. The item is yours once payment is made. You can then take your time to arrange for a meet up at a later date :)


5. Buyer to bear all postal and handling charges stated if transaction via post is opted for. Please refer to Postal Charges for more information. For transaction via post, please make payment via ATM fund transfer or iBanking (incl. postage charges) to the above mentioned POSB account.

Payment is expected within 3 days (72 hours) regardless of whether meet up or post is opted for.


Pre-orders (incl. Special Orders*)
6. For pre-order and special order items, full payment is expected prior to ordering, regardless of whether meet up or post is opted for. This is because I do not have stock on-hand and have to make full payment upfront when I help you order the items from the record company, CD stores or bookstores.

I reserve the rights to refund the difference between the pre-order price and cost price of CD (based on price in local music stores) + postage for autograph pre-orders should signatures not be obtained due to unforseen circumstances (eg: cancellation of autograph session, last minute limitation to number of CDs each person can sign).

If pre-order or special order items are completely sold out, full amount will be refunded.

*special order items are items that i do not have in-stock, and those requiring me to make a special order for you from my suppliers.
