This CD was part of a promotional pre-order package which was included when one ordered the J-PARTY Book. CD singles are not allowed to be signed during autograph session. CD singles as such are either signed during closed-door media events as a gesture of goodwill to media personnel who attend (reporters and photographers), or distributed by the record company with pre-signed signatures. You are looking at one of those! :)
